The bands arrived individually wrapped with a bag, towels and even a sticker. As I am getting back into fitness after some time off (disabled vet) and have never used resistance bands, I was hesitant to even purchase these but I am glad that I did. Completed first workout this morning and felt the familiar burns. Workout was much more productive without having to swap plates or weights; I had more time for exercising and rest than ever before. Several hours later and I am feeling the results in my targeted muscles. An added bonus is that I threw two in my bag and took them to work to get in a few random sets at lunch. The portability is awesome! I can see me using these with much more consistency than any other products or equipment and am already considering a second set. Will update in a few weeks. Update: Bands held up well, but the OD green band just let go doing some very basic moves. Oh well.
