I've suffered from IBS for as long as I can remember, but this past year I was also diagnosed with Sibo-C. So much advice, too much advice, on social media how to handle these conditions. But this product was mentioned over and over again as a way to allow us sufferers to be regular every day. It totally worked and has allowed me to get through the day without feeling that horrible, chronic, painful constipation that I used to have to endure. I've tried other magnesiums, but didn't realize that there are different kinds and that there had to be a combination of a couple different kinds to work, so I wasn't too optimistic when I tried this one. But thank goodness I did. Definitely the best thing ever! I plan on using this magnesium complex consistently while I'm trying to cure these conditions and maybe forever.
