Got my BP down very happy
Cal 500mg mag 500mg potassium 99mg with two pills. Started out with 1/4 of a pill and worked up to two pills per day. I went up slow because anything more would give my heart worse palpitations, diarrhea and make me feel sick because I was so depleted of minerals at the time. So I stuck with it and just took a little bit at a time and went up very slowly. my blood pressure was 150 -169/82-105 After getting up to 1 full pill/day, my blood pressure went down to 130's/80's. I added another 99 mg of potassium citrate and got my blood pressure down to 118/65 to 70 I am taking the full dose of 2 pills/day now with no issues, plus swansons multi vitamin which has no potassium in it that is why I added one more pill of potassium. If I forget to take my vitamins for a day or two my blood pressure goes back up to 127/75 Which suggests that I do not have adequate stores of minerals as of yet. I will increase this supplement to 3 pills per day. obviously I was low in potassium as soon as I started taking the extra 99mg separately my blood pressure dropped to very normal and I felt much better. now that I am taking calcium magnesium and potassium I no longer have a racing heart or heart palpitations or heaviness in my chest as I did for over 2-4 years. I feel much better and I am Thrilled with the results . I also found out I was vitamin D deficient and I'm now taking extra vitamin D
