Love this bench! It is a little pricey but well worth it if you want to work out at home. I have a small apartment and can fit it in a little corner. It's great to use as a stepper and a bench. It moves into alot of positions and has little cut outs that aid in using resistance bands. def would recommend for a home gym. *** If you find my review helpful please take a sec to like it :) ***
