My son only eats a few things and one is angel hair pasta. He is a teenager and hates washing the pot. Because he only eats it freshly cooked he will complain that I need to buy pizza when the pots dirty. This way it can go in the dishwasher and be available for the next day. The lid seems to work really well too and takes up a lot less room in the dishwasher than the colander did. This way he could have both things get washed without him taking up all the space in my dishwasher. I have also noticed that the noodles are not sticking to the pot even when he didn't take care of it right away. I'd love to try it out for my own meals for the rest of the family but I might just have to buy a second one.
