I've been using these for months now. It is a huge repurchase of mine. I take 3 a day. The recomend serving is 2. I buy a new bottle every month. It's even on my Amazon dash. For a cheaper and TRUSTED brand, you cant beat it. I was worried about the taste when I purchased my first bottle. I'm not into orange flavors. They flavor isnt bad at all. The company offers other types of HSN flavors that focus on other things. I specifically want collagen and biotin to be my focus. I have really curly hair, very weak nails, and not the best but not the worst of skin. My skin looks healthier. My hair has definitely grown. My nails grow stronger and faster. My nails are still on the weak side-- nothing like before.
