Yes the owner of the company called me back twice. I had some issue with my cat not always going poo in the basket and she gave me advice personally over the phone....over her personal cell phone!!!. Then she called be back because I did not email her back fast enough and she thought I sent to the wrong address. Service after the sale? It’s unheard of these days. As far as the product. My cat Oliver at 3 months jumped up on this seat first day out of the box. He is a smart cat who picks up on things quickly. Now my wife and I hear him going on the toilet and it brings us back when the kids were young learning how to use the bathroom. People live for instant gratification in everything we do.
