I had someone come to my house and put the elliptical together. I read all the reviews and a lot of people talked about the noise they heard from this thing. I didn’t have any noise from it for 2 days. Then I started hearing a clunking coming from the wheel. At least I thought so. I’ve been reading everything trying to figure out what’s wrong. I don’t have enough money to send this back or get it fixed. Yesterday finally I couldn’t stand it any more. I’ve had this thing for 2 weeks. I was going to call to see what the company had to say. Then I thought “ok what is the last thing I did before it made this noise? Because it was quiet for 2 days” I moved it. And the step pads came of the track. So I lifted up one of the foot pads off the track and pushed the whole thing to the left away from the wheel. Guess what? It worked! When it came off the track it must have misaligned and something was bumping against the wheel. I’m like ”I have to leave a review so everyone will know what to do if it happens to them” So there you go. I love my elliptical even more now. I want to get in shape. I can’t go more than 5 minutes at a time, but I’m getting there.
