I ordered this journal yesterday after looking for the “just Perfect” journal for me for about two weeks. I am writing this review because I really like this journal and thought I would share it with other that don’t want to spend a fortune while they get started bullet journaling. I just didn’t want to spend $20 on one of the popular journals out there. After a couple of misses, I am excited to say that THIS one is PERFECT. Did I mention I got it the same day…? I had to add some other same day things I wanted from Amazon but that wasn’t too hard at all. It’s still PRIME even if you order it by itself. Also, I am NOT being compensated or doing this review for the company. I bought it, I love it, I’m sharing my info and that’s it. So, let me just bullet the normal tests in the order of features that I cared about: • The cover – This is a really pretty cover and nicely covered with Tiffany’s blue, glossy cover material. I really like it. You can see how thick the book is with pages • Paper sheets - The paper weight is awesome. It’s every bit as good as other more expensive books. I did a test with my brush pens, my black drawing pens, a Sharpie fine point and a thicker sharpie and even a paint pen. The last two shadowed a tiny bit but not even enough to worry about. You can see all the pens I used for it in the picture • Lies Flat - The book lies absolutely flat – another reason I ditched a different notebook • Paper color - The pages are a nice cream color • Dot Grid - The dots are not obnoxious, but I can see them. I ditched a different notebook because they were so light I couldn’t see them to use them • Index - There is an index • Numbered Pages - The pages are numbered • There is a pocket in the back for loose paper or whatever • There are two ribbons for place marking and an elastic band to hold it closed when in a bag or briefcase.
