I was suffering from heartburn, gas and bloating almost daily, and continued weight gain. I was actually looking for priobiotics when I came across this product and decided to try it based on the reviews and money back guarantee. I was nervous about stomach cramping and urgent trips to the bathroom, but again based on reviews, tried it anyway. My diet isn't the cleanest, but its not the worst either. Ive been trying to make better food choices and walking more in an effort to lose weight. That,combined with this product, helped me lose 3 pounds the first week and 2 the second. After one week, my tight jeans slid right on comfortably, much to my amazement. I truly feel like I'm resetting my body.Also, no heartburn, and only one night of bloating and gas which is a HUGE improvement over what I'd been experiencing. Since the GI tract helps clean the blood circulating thru your system, and a dirty GI tract means less efficient cleaning, it's no wonder I feel better if my circulatory system is now working with cleaner blood. I actually just feel better, less lethargic. To prevent cramping, I made sure to drink at least three liters of water daily and I believe this is VERY important to helping it work. I take one pill at bedtime, and within a half hour of waking, go to the bathroom. No urgency, no cramps. The first few days I went to the bathroom 2-3 times in the morning, then it reduced to just once. I did notice that I seemed to hit "a wall" the first few nights around 6pm. In addition to getting the bad stuff out of your colon, it also cleans out the good stuff, so I added a multivitamin during the day (which I should have been taking anyways) and it made a difference in my tiredness at night. I've already recommended this product to one friend, and plan on doing another "cleaning" in the fall. As others have noted, the support, helpful tips, and communication with the company have been awesome. I feel like they really do care. These days, companies really rely on good word of mouth on Amazon reviews, and heck, it's how I based my decision to buy, so it makes sense.
