I have an English Bulldog who is short and stocky and it took me three years to find a seat that she fit into. We drove from Michigan to Alaska and she loved her seat! She could look out the window at all the scenery and when tired she had enough room to lay down and sleep. There are two pockets that are useful for storing her toys and treats. Instead of using the x shaped seat booster I used towels and blankets. Blankets for emergency use and towels in case I took her swimming. It has a carrying case that comes with it and I placed that between the cushion and blanket so that everything stayed clean. This was much sturdier than using the supports that came with it. It also fits in the front seat of my truck and kia. If your looking for a good seat for your loved one, look no further.
