We wanted a light that would turn on when we come in from the garage. Usually our hands are full and the laundry room is dark. This was the perfect solution as you will see in the short video we posted. But here is the good part. It has 3 different settings, One always on, the other is when it senesce motion whether it is dark or not and the last one, the one we use is it only comes on when the room is dark and it senesce motion. If we already have the light on there is no need for it to turn on with motion so that is how we keep it. I usually charge it overnight when it is needed. this will not be as bright as a normal light, but defiantly will light up the area you are in. For us it was perfect and noticed movement very fast.
