This is an explosive beginning to a powerful new series. I feel that this will be up in the stratosphere with the likes of George R.R. Martin.....and Epic fantasy. I did receive this one gratis in exchange for an honest review. And I only give honest reviews regardless of the book being gratis. I've already bought the second book Bloodmark even though I knew that I would receive a review copy in a couple of days. I just COULDN'T wait. The writing is superb, the plot and storyline are exciting and fast-paced and the characterization are outstanding. I cannot recommend this book and this series highly enough. 10 STARS!!!!!!!!
