This product works well! Like everything else that you want to keep looking it's best, you must be consistent. I kept the Nutra Nail with me every where I went. I used it while watching t.v., anytime my hands were free and especially after washing dishes. It helped reduce and eventually prevent the cracks on the side of the nail bed where my nails usually crack. I gave this product 5 stars because you get amazing results. It did work but it worked better when you applied it as often as possible and rubbed it in to the nail, underneath the nail and into the cuticle for five minutes at a time. My nails are longer than they have ever been in my life! My nails never grew before. The photo's are after three months of continuous use. within 2 weeks they get long. Not the best photo's but I hope they help. ***YOU MUST USE IT EVERYDAY. IT WORKS. BE PATIENT AND CONSISTENT***
