I'm 5'3" and about 160 lbs. After reading reviews and Q&A I decided to buy a medium. I have to say these will be my new favorite leggings! The tummy control is awesome! The medium fit is a tighter fit but provides great control through tummy and thighs. A large size would fit too if you prefer them not to be tight or don't need the extra support. I might try the large to see exactly which size I prefer. These aren't see through. They're thick leggings and I will be purchasing more of these!
