This is not my first bottle I purchased over the years. As my needs constantly change, so do my bottles. I needed a larger bottle to keep me going throughout the day without having to refill it. 32 ounces is the way to go. Pros: Large 32oz. Capacity, Bottle doesnt "sweat" and get wet on the outside, nice coating on the outside, and strap handle to help carry it around. Cons: Weighs about 1lb without liquid. Weighs Over 3lbs when full.
