This is healthy snacking made really easy. I've been on the keto diet for over a year now, and these cookie are such a fun treat! I love the addition of brain boosting nutrients, it makes me feel like I'm doing something right for my body! I love these cookies. They are a great way to really end the dependence on sugar and nasty snacking habits. I have also found that my energy levels have been at an all time high since eating these! Coincidence? I don't think so. They are like a legit exceptional dessert except I don't eat them for dessert lol. The guilt-free dynamic goes a very long way but I'm excited to see what else comes out from this brand. This sure was a quality first experience.
