Great, as long as you apply correctly
I was really excited to use this product because I bought my house because of the floors. Seriously, my hubs and I were deciding between two houses and the floors sealed the deal even though the other house had a better kitchen. Anyways, here's what you need to know. 1. Wash floors before hand and allow to dry. I used the Bona floor cleaner but I don't think it was any better than water. Save your money. 2. Don't use their mop. I bought a bag of reuse able microfiber cloths (24 for eight bucks) and those worked great 3. Apply the product in sections on your hand and knees. This way you can lean over and see where the product is based on the shine 4. Apply product liberally. They say a bottle will cover 500 sq feet but really it's closer to 300. HAZING IS BECAUSE TOO LITTLE PRODUCT WAS USED AND/OR OVERWORKED! Squirt about a shot glass worth on the floor and glide the product along te length of the grain in an extended figure eight shape (for real, a long eight not straight back and forth). 5. See above and listen to me when I say GLIDE. I had some trial and error because in my mind polish meant to rub it in and make it shine. Not true. Just glide. 6. Work in small areas and like painting a wall try to get wet edges together. This way you'll avoid bare spots. I had some and it drove me insane (author note: I'm generally insane so bare spots may not bother you) 7. Stay off the floor for at least 2 hours, not one. I left my phone on a window sill and ran into grab after the one hour wait and I left a foot print. Gah. Bonus: If you want to be crazy, like moi, keep a flashlight with you so you can shine it horizontally to see if you missed anything.
