I am usually not the one to write product reviews, but this thing inspired me to make an exception! This modem is a beast! After waiting for over a month (ordered late September, received on 11/3/2014), I just got the package. I plugged it in, called Time Warner Cable to activate it, and ..... speedtest .... 320 down, 22 up. Speedtest again ...... 302 down, 21 up. Speedtest one more time ......323 down, 23 up. Let's do one more 310 down, 22 up. Hohohohoohoooo. Extreme joy and elation followed!!!!! The only thing - I would have loved for it be be black - a white modem looks a little strange next to everything black, but the glory is enormous. Buy it.
