Like many others, I used this product on myself. I had sliced my hand open, and although the bleeding stopped, every time I moved my thumb, the cut opened up. After 24 hours, I went to urgent care, and the doctor glued it and taped it. The next day, it was open again. I used the included applicator tip to apply a thin layer to the cut. After it was dry, I bandaged over it. The next day I took off the bandage and it was still holding. Just to be safe, I applied a little more glue. 3 days later I did it again. This ended up working better than what the doctor used. I read somewhere that it will last longer if stored in the freezer, so that's what I did. I didn't think I'd need it, so I actually froze it, then thawed it prior to my first use.
