I've bought MANY vacuums over the years, and this lightweight vac by Shark is my all-time favorite. It has great suction; the beater bar can be turned off so you can clean bare floors; the attachments are ON the vacuum itself; the cord is very long; and, best of all, it's very LIGHT! I clean houses for a living, and this little machine is perfect for my needs! The dirt canister is a decent size, and you can detach the handle so as to reach up high (for cobwebs, and such.) As I said, I have spent more money than I care to remember buying vacuum cleaners, and now that I've found this one, I'll never buy any other type. I HIGHLY recommend it!
