Getting it on VUDU this season.
Just so everyone is aware- you can no longer purchase the TV Season Pass for BBT on Amazon,
BUT
They still let you purchase the entire season on VUDU up front.
It's $39.99 for HD.
Just so you know.
UPDATE: I also noticed that you can buy previous seasons of BBT in HD on Amazon for $19.99.
So, if there are 24 episodes in season 12, the math works out like this:
Individual HD episodes through Amazon: ($2.99 x 24 = $71.76)
CBS all access (not really counting this because you wouldn't OWN the episodes and you'd need to watch commercials) for 9 months: ($6.99 x 9 = $62.91)
Buy HD season on VUDU: $39.99
So, my plan, which will STILL bring me under the Amazon or CBS price:
Pre-order season on VUDU ($39.99) and, when the price comes down after the season is over, buy season 12 on Amazon so I have the entire run on the same app ($19.99)
($39.99 + $19.99 = $59.98)
