I LOVE this fitness tracker! It is such a great deal and it is good quality. It tells me the time, date, steps, calories burned, hours of quality sleep, heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, text messages! When calls come through on my phone, it vibrates on the fitness tracker, and the same with text messages. I have only charged it 2 times in the past 3 weeks and one of those probably wasn't even necessary! It also has an alarm on it that you can set through the App, which I love. The App is a little slow at syncing and that's frustrating but a very small issue overall. The bands fit great, easy to adjust and very easy to charge!
