Rachel fires you up to be a better version of yourself!
Rachel tells her nitty gritty of life stories with us. She shares her experiences and what works for her. She explains it in such a way that you nod your head while hanging to every word, saying “yesss!” It all makes perfect practical sense! But knowing what to do and doing it are two different things! Don’t just get fired up for a hot minute and then drop your fire! DO SOMETHING. MAKE THE CHANGE(S). You don’t have to do it all at once... but pick several things that appeal to you AND DO THEM. Otherwise, what’s the point. I especially love her comparison in Part III, Skills To Acquire where she talks about being lost in Amsterdam and how a road map can get us there faster and more efficiently. I think this is a wonderful, well written book and I highly recommend it. P.S. You may not agree with *everything* she says. And *that’s* ok. Keep on reading. Be inspired. Take the nuggets you find useful and get busy. I received an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
