Flashlight came super fast. All 5 options worked perfectly. My son dropped it and the LED light stopped working, before I could even return the flashlight we received an email from SAMLITE asking how we liked the flashlight. I let them know the issue, and they corrected the problem immediately. Super awesome customer service, not something you get a lot of these days. We ordered another flashlight to take with us on a family gathering/camping, because we are so pleased with this one. Couldn't give a better recommendation.
