This product is really amazing if used right. I do a lot of training - running competitively and lifting, swimming, etc, and noticed marked improvements; my 5k time came down almost a full minute on average, I can lift more, and seem to be able to focus better. I do take a double dose, and also take it with the QH-absorb. I've been using it about three months now. It seems like it may need a couple of weeks to work. My brother tried both as well, but didn't notice much of a change. The major difference is that he has a bunch of kids who keep him up at night and doesn't work out, ever (with so many kids who can blame him). So it seems like you may need some definite baseline comparison to be able to measure against. My major issue is that I read about other customers being shorted a few pills, so I counted my last order (didn't even think to check before). Sure enough, it was one pill short!! Double and triple checked. Not a huge deal to me if this happens every third order (though still really annoying) but I'll be counting from here on out, and will definitely lower my rating if I'm shorted again... hopefully another PQQ product will work just as well if this is the case. Has anyone else tried other PQQ products, and if so, recommendations are always welcome :)
