Overall this is a great bag. I was looking for something big, but not holy crap big. This is the perfect size. I love the "squishiness" as it makes it easier to fit in my desk drawer at work. I swear this purse was made for secret agents with all the pockets it comes with. I find myself going "ohhh, there you are!" when I find something in them. The "Ash" bag is a bit different than pictured. The grey is lighter and the brown is, well, brown. I would definitely recommend this bag to a friend. Just not in "Ash". They can get their own color. :D I read a lot of complaints about the bag, all of which seem to be from buyers who don't do their homework before purchasing. So here are some quick notes for those who can't read lots of reviews: 1.) The bag is floppy. There are no stiff sides or bottoms. If you are looking for a bag that stands on it's own, this is NOT it. 2.) Yes there are a lot of pockets. Don't blame the bag because you can't remember where you put something. 3.) This bag is big. It's not a little handbag, but it's not a duffel bag. Check the dimensions before complaining that it's too big/small. Common sense goes along way! :D
