I don't want to write a negative review, but didn't know how to get sellers attention apart from this avenue. I loved loved these Flip's~ I have plantar fisiatis and they are the only flip I have found I can wear. They are very attractive, comfortable and fit perfectly. But today the strap broke at the top where they velcro on, and its not repairable. I was heart sick to find the return window was a few weeks ago. They were delivered to me May 25th and cant be returned after June 25th....I am sure these were just faulty, and I would love to return them and get same pair. Hoping the seller can see this and will contact me. I want to be a happy Grandma! :) I want to add to my review as Clarks customer service was willing to give me a replacement, the only trouble was they were out of any flip flops in my size. So I contacted Amazon customer service and they cheerfully replaced my flip flops, and made it completely a great experience! Thanks to Avi the customer service rep who helped me! I am a very happy Grandma!!!:)
