I suffer from acid reflux and most probiotic supplements that I have tried in the past were not that effective for me. Schwartz Probiotic on the other hand has been awesome and the fact that I don't have to keep it in a refrigerated makes taking it much easier. I did have some bloating initially when I started taking it but that was already included in the warnings with this product, once my body adapted to it, I was fine. I'll definitely buy it again and would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a good probiotic supplement, specially those with acid reflux.
