Exactly as pictured. This bedskirt has two layers. The bedskirt is very sheer and ruffled as shown then the inside liner keeps it from seeing through and being too sheer. I am so glad I read the other reviews to not bother ironing it because I would have spent hours. I simply sprayed it with a water bottle once it was on the bed and the wrinkles came right out! Beautiful skirt!!
