A friend raved about the Clear Rear. I already have an expensive bidet for one toilet, but decided to try this on another one. It's GREAT. It has a much better stream than the fancy model and works just as it is supposed to. The water isn't heated, but it's not at all uncomfortable. It doesn't do the fancy drying thing, but our expensive model is worthless at that anyway. I really like this one better. It was easy to install. Some reviewers complain that it didn't fit their toilet, but it has good flexibility in how you install it, so it should fit almost any toilet.
