I purchased these to use in a natural hair growth oil as black seeds have tons of benefits for the body, including the regrowth and health of hair. These seeds are high quality and I love that they are certified organic! I would most definitely purchase this brand again. In case anyone is wondering about the hair oil : 3 tbsp black seeds (ground in food processor or crushed in mortar and pestle) 2 tbsp fenugreek seeds (optional - ground) 3 sprigs fresh rosemary (bruised or crushed in mortar and pestle for best results) 16 oz Avocado oil (can use less for smaller batch) Let ingredients steep for 1-2 weeks. The longer it steeps the more potent and effective it will be. Strain into a glass jar and store in a cool, dry place. Apply oil to damp hair (doesn’t have to be clean, just damp), sleep with it in overnight then wash it the next morning. Repeat as often as possible.
