Noticeable effects after one week!
I'm using these in conjunction with the 30 billion probiotics. I have been scraping my tongue after brushing for a couple months now, and my tongue had been staying white (a sign of Candida.) After taking these for a week my tongue is turning pink! I even drink a fair amount, imagine how well they would work if I cut out booze, lol.
