I recently vacationed in Palm Springs and tried lavender lemonade for the first time at a local vegan restaurant. Yum! I wanted to be able to make my own so I ordered these Feel Good! lavender flowers. My order arrived quickly and was packaged well. The bag was larger than I envisioned -- lavender flowers are light -- and I now have a good supply. I took advantage of the bounty to replace the flowers in the sachets I have around my home. Lavender smells good and is a natural insect repellent... Anyway, as for the lemonade, I was careful not to use too many flowers because they are so fresh and fragrant. I used 1.5 TB for a gallon of water (plus fresh squeezed lemon juice and organic sugar). My lemonade was better than that which I tried in Palm Springs. I have plenty of lavender now to make more, and I will be looking for other ways to use lavender. Florals for cooking are "in." This was an excellent purchase. Nice product -- exactly what I wanted -- good value. Thumbs up!
