I bought this to replace a previous kit I had. This one includes so much more than my last one though! First of all you have basic use /how to inf on the box it comes in, but you have a more in-depth set of instructions included inside the box. It has a case to store them in as well. All of this is nice, but what I paid for was the instruments themselves. This set has everything you need and a multitude of sizes at that. For me the thing that I notice is that most kits only have a single needle included, but this kit has four. Now you might think that's excessive, but the size difference on these little piercing instruments will matter to you, especially since the needle included in most of the other kits is too large (imo), so trust me it's good to have options. Bottom line, I'm super happy with this set.
