As someone who has suffered from plantar fasciitis for a while, I’m willing to try just about anything that offers relief. I’ve used Dr. Scholls products in the past to good effects. The orthotic comes in one size and the actual orthotic has lines to help you cut it to best fit your shoes. I’m a nurse, and use these solely for my work clogs. They were easy to cut to fit, and I’m an average shoe size (9). The orthotic provides a nice cushion to help absorb the shock of each step that leads to the intense heel pain. The only problem is when you take the shoe with orthotic off, and go from sitting to standing, the heel pain is double as noticeable. Which is in theory good, because it means your pain is minimized while then orthotic is in place. I’m planning to buy more of these to fit in my every day boots and shoes. Definitely recommend this for anyone suffering from plantar fasciitis!
