Bought this last year after cutting through the power cord of my old trimmer for the umpteenth time. Used it all season and was super impressed - wished I'd gotten one years ago. First warm day this year I decided to have at some dormant brush in the back forty before it got completely out of hand. After a ten or so minutes the trimmer just quit. I charged the battery and still nothing. Taking a peek inside the problem was immediately obvious - one of the wires to the motor had come adrift. I suspect the reason it came off is that the motor is not held very firmly in the housing and twists a little each time it starts and stops. This may be a one-off problem on mine but thought I'd post this in case anyone else encounters a similar problem. Only taking one star off because it was an easy fix, and I appreciated how easy it was to get at the gubbins inside (just a bunch of T20 screws).
