My wife was having hot flashes a lot. Even was having trouble sleeping through the night. I saw the great reviews on this stuff and we thought, why not try it. Well let me tell you, she swears by this stuff now. She says that her hot-flashes have been reduced by a good 75%. Really recommend! It takes a couple days to start with but then kicks in. Wife takes it three times a day-faithfully, and she doesn't like taking pills.
