I bought this as a gift for my mother who suffers from sciatica and back pain. She told me that it is awesome and provides tremendous relief to both of her problems. She uses it at work and it has not flatten or otherwise dropped in quality. I gave it a sat prior to handing it over and between the two cushions she received, the other being the ComfiLife Coccyx Orthopedic Memory Foam Office Chair and Car Seat Cushion (Grey), the Everlasting Comfort is far more comfortable. The ComfiLife is just too stiff and unyielding to be comfortable, imho.
