alright so I ordered it in a medium and at the time I was a large-x-large(depending on the brand) but have since lost about 40lbs and I am now a medium. that being said I ordered another medium just because the one I have is a little stretched out but it really does help shape the body. I had man boobs and a beer belly and my doctor told me id have to have my chest operated on to make it normal again. She was obviously wrong I wore this everyday under my work clothes and I also bought a compression body shaper for working out. I was consistent only giving myself a break on weekends when id lounge around the house. I am now a size 32 waist with no love handles, a small stomach (just started doing more ab workouts), and an almost normal chest. This product has helped me so much its given me confidence and really helped my body reshape itself.
