Would give this 5 stars as I am in my3rd order; however, I noticed that they were going pretty fast and thought my husband was taking them. So in November I wrote the date on them of 11/24 when I took the first one, by December 21st I was out! Again thinking my husband was sneaking one here and there. Tonight (December 22nd) again adding up the 30 days of when I should be out in January, which would be the 20th. Then I said, let me pour them out and count!!! Well what do you know, there are NOT 30 in the bottle and my husband was right I was just being shorted by the manufacturer. Check the amount in your bottle
