Updated: Strap came undone and camera fell. Original: I am using it with a Sony A7R3 and it is wonderful and comfortable
On a 10-day trip out west to Moab, Bryce and Zion National Parks I was using my camera daily and taking it on all manner of hikes. I had my Sony set up with the strap connected to the top left of the camera and to the Peak Design base plate attached to the tripod socket. Out of the blue while walking past the visitor center in Zion the camera drops from my shoulder and crashed on the concrete sidewalk. The base plate had come unscrewed from the tripod socket. (The camera seems okay and I credit some of that to the rubberized body armor I also had around the body.)
Here is my theory: The base plate is smaller than a base plate used to attach to a tripod. There is less surface area (and therefore friction) to stop the plate itself from rotating over time. The minor rotation (and my probably unconscious re-straightening of the base plate) eventually loosens the screw. And the rest is history.
So here is what you need to do:
Step 1: Tighten down on that screw! The Sony has a reputation for not having the strongest tripod socket on its base. Never mind. Make it tight!
Step 2: Keep the Allen Wrench in your camera bag! You can't tighten the base plate with a nickel (like you can tripod base plates) and you can't tell if it is coming loose by pressing your thumb on the head of the screw and trying to rotate it with friction. You need the wrench.
I took one star off. I am still happy with the overall quality. I was able to change the sling to use the two attachment points at either side of the top of the camera in less than two minutes. The strap itself works great. But I wish there was a little more warning about that base plate in the instructions...
(At the request of a friend, please 'like' this review so that more people will see my warning. Watching an eight week old A7RIII crash to the ground hurts...)
Thanks for reading!

Original review:
Not inexpensive, but top quality.
I am using it with a Sony A7R3 and it is wonderful and comfortable.
At 6'7" tall the strap is almost to its longest setting but it still rides comfortably on my hip in its 'sling' configuration.
One thing I didn't realize is that the attachment string to the camera body have a red core. If you see red you know it is time to replace the attachment string and disk. Very clever.
