Great seller and awesome product! I ordered this because I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, complete with brain fog, and I read that taurine helps the brain. I got way more than I bargained for. On Day 1, my insulin resistance just WENT AWAY. I had more energy than I have had in several years, my muscle pain just went away, my depression lifted and I'm sleeping longer and deeper. And it did help my cognitive issues a lot. The effects I noticed on Day 1 are still with me. This is the most helpful thing I've taken for CFS/FMS, insulin resistance in 30 years. I don't work for this company and don't get any kickback. They don't even know I exist. An update: I discovered I have a genetic condition called pyrole disorder and that one of the things it does is cause a taurine deficiency. Apparently, up to 40% of those with CFS/FMS have this disorder, so taurine might be helpful for many people with CFS/FMS.
