I have shared this link with many of my friends and decided I would share my thoughts to help others as well! I have never taken vitamins before as I do not like swollowing pills, but these tablets are amazing!! They're not too big and it doesn't bother me to swollow them. I am a college student (high stress levels haha) and the stress has caused major acne. After taking this for a few weeks, I have seen a huge difference. I now get a pimple here and there, but that's normal. On top of this, it has also helped with my anxiety and muscle spasms. I will deffinely keep taking them and order from Amazon, for I haven't found a better price for 300 tablets. I highly reccomend this to anyone who is considering buying, you will not be disappointed.
