This container works great. I really like the protective sleeve as well. I did wash it twice first though as it had a chemical smell. It is perfect now. This container fits the Anova 1000 watts just fine. Check the dimensions in the listing as some of the larger sous vide cookers will not fit. The rack is adjustable for larger or small portions being cooked. There is a metal bar that attaches across the top to prevent the bags from floating up. The rack itself does not float up and is weighed down. This is perfect. You will not need anything else. You do not need clips or weights, do not waste your money on those extras. I bought a vacuum sealer and returned it, it was terrible and did not get the air out properly. Now I use ziplocks, place your food in your ziplock partially closed and then submerge the ziplock in the water. The pressure from the water on the bag helps suck out any remaining air, then seal the bag completely and attach the metal bar across the top. That is all that is needed. No floating will happen. Put the plastic lid on the container and begin cooking. I wasted a lot of time researching different products. This is a perfect set up. I recommend it!
