I get complements all the time while in Yoga Class on the color and quality of the mat- but the best part, I don't have a mirror at home to check that I am all in line, with this mat I just check where my feet/hands are and I know that I am right where I need to be for the best possible yoga experience. I have had this mat a little under a year and it has help up beautifully it has not stained or changed colors like some of the mats I have purchased in the past. That is until I left it in the corner of the living room and my newly rescued cat decided it was just the right material to use as a scratching post. I came home to it being torn into confetti by Mr. O'Malley, it was my fault for leaving it out....but I still thought maybe if I sent a message to the seller and explained the situation they might have a suggestion for tape or some way to mend the once beautiful mat. They didnt have any suggestions on tape, but Jessica from the Ewedoos Customer Service Team informed me that she would like to replace the mat at no charge with one of the extras they have at the warehouse. She even left me the care instructions with specific instructions to keep it tucked away from my cat. Her reply was sent within a few hours of my inquiry. It was such a relief that the brand cares so much about the customer that they would fix a problem that was fully the fault of the customer! In short: Highest quality of yoga gear you The place marks in the mat really make a world of difference There was zero smell when I opened the package, it was ready to go the minute I got it. and the Customer Service went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to continue enjoying my mat for years to come!
