Great value for the cost! I will say that my rating for this product is more like 4.5 stars, the reason being the tool included that's used for opening up watch cases kind of broke as I was opening a watch case. However I was able to loosen the case and finish opening using the other tool included. I contacted the company about the issue with the tool and they provided great customer service by replying within a day and fixing my issue. Besides this minor issue, the kit has great value and includes everything you'll need for watch repairs. Specifically, I was able to re-adjust/remove my watch strap, open my watch cases (all tools are in the kit that are necessary to open all kinds of watch cases such as snap on/off cases and screw on/off cases), and replace my batteries. It had even more tools that I haven't needed to use yet. I can see why this is Amazon's choice. Though I can't compare this kit to other watch kits since this is the first I've ever bought, I don't imagine needing to buy another since this has everything I need.
