Never skip face day!
I have found that this product works well when you're on a rigorous exercise routine since it helps you define your face while you're losing those chubby cheeks! I find it super helpful to keep these in my shower so I can use them while washing up after my morning cardio! I have complete faith in this product, and look forward to the new intermediate green I just received!
