Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I ordered these brushes on a whim. I needed some new ones, but with Christmas right around the corner, splurging wasn't an option. I read the reviews on these brushes and hesitated for a week or so. I finally pushed purchase and have no regrets. These brushes are soft and pliable, yet have good "spring" to them. However, anyone that paints knows, that does not tell the whole story. The whole story reveals itself in time.....do the brushes lose bristles? So far, so good and I couldn't be happier. I am pretty rough on my brushes painting mixed media artwork, getting gesso and paint into all those nooks and crannies can take it's toll. So far, the brushes have withstood my punishment. Probably the best bang for my buck in the art world thus far. I have purchased single brushes that cost more than this whole kit and found myself sadly disappointed in the brush's performance and longevity, having an expensive brush lose bristles is really infuriating. And I take immaculate care of my brushes as they are my biggest art investment and should last a lifetime if taken care of properly. I am impressed and will probably seek other products from this company.
