This cream is amazing. I have awful skin currently for approximately 7 months. Have tried numerous creams, pills and anything else you can think of. I'm finally getting results using this cream. I have been slathering it on 3-4 times per day. So far it has only been a day using it and my skin has improved 100%. People who say there is no healing element to this cream are crazy. Still very red currently but the cracks and bleeding has stopped
